The SKY78117 SkyOne® Ultra 2.0 is a multimode multiband front-end module (FEM) designed for optimal performance in FDD/TDD LTE-modulated handsets for bands 7, 30, 38, 40, and 41. The RF input and output ports are internally matched to 50 ohms which minimizes the need for external components.
The SKY78117 features a WCDMA block operating in the high bands, a logic control block for multiple power control levels, and extremely low leakage current that maximizes the handset standby time.
