Silicon Limiter Diode Bondable Chip: CLA4601-000 Datasheet

The CLA4601-000 is part of the CLA series of silicon limiter diodes designed to provide passive receiver protection over a wide 100 MHz to 30 GHz frequency range. Features include a voltage range of 15 V to 30 V, typical junction capacitance of 0.12 pF at 0 V, and peak power handling up to +74 dBm. This bondable chip is meant for low-level medical applications such as those utilizing defibrillators, heart monitors, hearing aids, and other radiation and clinical equipment.
