The 25HM1G6AB-45 is a hybrid power amplifier module with 25W of RF power over the 1 to 6 GHz frequency range when used with a sweep generator. Its circuitry is based on the latest developments in this-film substrates and it incorporates plated-thru holes and air bridge technology to increase overall RF performance.
