17 – 20 GHz GaN Power Amplifiers: TGA4548 & TGA4548-SM
Qorvo’s new TGA4548 & TGA4548-SM GaN Power Amplifiers are able to operate over the 17 – 20 GHz frequency range. Fabricated on Qorvo's production 0.15 um GaN on SiC process, this amplifier produces greater than 40 dBm of saturated output power with a power-added efficiency greater than 30%, and a large signal gain greater than 22 dB.
The TGA4548 & TGA4548-SM deliver excellent performance with input return loss greater than 17 dB, a bias condition of 300 mA, and 10 W of power. This GaN amplifier comes in a low-cost, RoHS compliant, plastic overmold QFN package, and is optimized for use in both commercial and military applications, as well as satellite communications.
