The Sirenza SFT-5100 TIA utilizes SiGe technology and is targeted for use in low-cost 10Gb/s transceiver products. SFT-5100 TIA featured low noise, high sensitivity, automatic gain control, adjustable dynamic range, low duty-cycle distortion and a photo-current monitor. The SiGe TIA products are offered in die form and are now available for sampling.
