The 3v GaAs HBT PA driver amplifier is intended for PCS applications and designed for cellular wireless applications. It is a low-noise DCMA/TDMA driver amp with a high dynamic range. The component is designed for transmit digital PCS applications at 1880MHz. The amp features an on-board power-down feature that can be used to turn off the device completely.
