RFMD® Offers Family of High-Efficiency, Linear PA Modules
RFMD's RF720x family of high-efficiency, linear PA modules meet the needs of complex multi-band, multimode 3G mobile devices. The RF720x series is comprised of seven PAs designed for 3G multimode devices implementing mode-specific, band-specific front end architectures. The RF720x family accommodates all major WCDMA/HSPA+ bands and band combinations, and is optimized to mate with reference designs from the industry's leading open market 3G chipset suppliers. Whether single- or dual-band, each PA comes in a compact 50-ohm matched module optimized for its specific band of operation. The RF720x family provides digital power mode states, combined with leading efficiency at high power levels.
