CXE-1089Z - 75 Ohm CATV Gain Block
Source:
RF Micro Devices, Inc.
The CXE-1089Z is a high performance 75 ohm pHEMT MMIC low-noise amplifier utilizing a Darlington configuration with active bias. The active bias network provides stable current over temperature and process threshold voltage variations. It is designed for high linearity, low-noise consumer set-top box applications. The CXE-1089Z is internally matched to 75 ohms and operates directly from a supply voltage of 5V.
