Narda, an L-3 Communications company, recently introduced the Model SS153DHS SP5T reflective PIN-diode switch that operates from DC to 18 GHz and provides fast switching speed, high isolation, low insertion loss, and is housed in a rugged compact package. Together these features make the switch an excellent choice for applications ranging from electronic warfare systems and simulators to automated test equipment.
Skyworks offers a select group of diodes from our diverse diode offering in stock and ready for immediate design into your demanding applications.
The new 50P-1857 SMA, programmable attenuator, offers solid-state reliability and speed as well as superior broadband performance (200-6000 MHz). It has a dynamic range of 0-95dB in 1dB steps and is guaranteed monotonic across the band. TTL control and SMA female connectors are standard, but other control and connector configurations are also available.
The Model PM2003 is a three-channel, high performance power meter that features high speed measurement capability and wide dynamic range.
The TG6200 system provides 200 amperes continuous alternator/battery current and is designed to meet the requirements of ISO 7637-2 (2004) and SAE J1113-11 International Automotive Standards. The complete system (consisting of the TG6200BU, TG6200PS, TG6000LD and TG6200AS) meets the requirements of Ford, DaimlerChrysler and General Motors and can accommodate many of the test specifications of other major automobile manufacturers from around the world including but not limited to Toyota, Honda, BMW and Mercedes Benz.
Skyworks Solutions is pleased to now offer two fixed attenuator pad options for radar, test & measurement, high frequency transceivers and other high performance microwave applications up to 40 GHz. The next generation ATN3590 series offers enhanced RF power handling and attenuation flexibility. The unique ATN3590 die design eliminates the need for RF ground bonds enabling greatly improved return loss and attenuation flatness across multi-octave bandwidths.
The RFXF9504 from RFMD is designed for applications that require small, low cost and highly reliable surface mount components. This tiny device is available in RFMD's 0.100" X 0.080" S21 package and operates from 5 to 3000 MHz with a 50 Ohm characteristic impedance.
The new 75P-167 from JFW Industries is our latest solid-state, 75-Ohm programmable attenuator.
The Model ATR26M6G-1 is a wide band, high gain, log periodic antenna that is uniquely suited for use in both traditional applications as well as in new compact chambers. The proprietary design, utilizing a "bent element" approach combined with additional innovations, provides a size reduction of approximately 75% without sacrificing key electrical performance such as gain and beamwidth.
Narda Standard Gain Horn Antennas are precision antennas designed to be used as standards for calibrating other antennas; as feed horns for reflectors and lenses; as pick-up horns for sampling power; and as receiving and transmitting antennas. The high frequency models (18-40 GHz models) are precision bronze castings; intermediate-frequency models (2.6-18 GHz models) are precision aluminum castings.
