Skyworks' SKY13351-378LF is a pHEMT GaAs FET I/C switch for transmit/receive applications including WLAN 802.11 a/b/g/n networks, WLAN repeaters, ISM band radios, and low power transmit receive systems. Optimum switching functionality is achieved by connecting the RF common port (INPUT, pin 5) to either the OUTPUT1 or OUTPUT2 port (pin 1 or 3, respectively) using a low loss path (i.e., a positive voltage applied to either VCTL1 or VCTL2 pins). The switch, which is manufactured in a Skyworks Green™ compact, 1 x 1 mm, 6-pin exposed pad plastic micro leadframe package dual (MLPD) package, is "reflective short" on the isolated port.
Skyworks Solutions, Inc. has introduced two high-power (>20W) series or shunt PIN diodes for T/R switch applications. In addition, the low thermal resistance package makes these devices ideal for large signal switch and attenuator applications. These series or shunt devices combine very low insertion loss, good isolation, unprecedented series diode power handling and low distortion in a very small package, and are designed for high-volume commercial, industrial and military radio communications systems such as land mobile radios, tactical radios, avionics and infrastructure markets.

AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation has designed a complete field generation test system that is fully shielded, making it ideal for use in an anechoic chamber without being susceptible to or causing interference.
AR is proud to introduce their two newest Electric Field Probes: The FL7060, and the FL7040.
The RF5616 is a linear, medium-power, high-efficiency power amplifier IC designed specifically for battery-powered WLAN applications such as PC cards, mini PCI, and compact flash applications.
The AX508 Quad Band Power Amplifier device integrates a full quad band GSM/GPRS power amplifier function on a single Integrated Circuit (IC) using advanced 0.13 μm silicon CMOS process technology. Key benefits of the AX508 include improved performance, relative to its AX502 product, equating to a longer talk time. With the AX508, Axiom Microdevices also offers a smaller footprint by housing the PA in an ultra-low profile micro lead frame package measuring 5x3.5x0.9 millimeters (mm).
The AX502 Quad Band Power Amplifier integrates a full quad band GSM/GPRS power amplifier function on a single Integrated Circuit (IC) using advanced 0.13 µm CMOS process technology. Axiom's patented technology is employed to integrate both input and output matching circuits, without the use of organic modules or costly ceramic substrates. It offers the handset designer an easy, zero-component interface to transceiver and transmit/receive switch module.
The SKY77555 is a transmit and receive front-end module (FEM) based on CMOS Power Amplifier for dual-band cellular handsets comprising GSM900 and DCS1800 operation. Designed in a low profile, compact form factor, this front-end module offers a complete Transmit VCO-to-Antenna and Antenna-to-Receive SAW filter solution. The FEM also supports Class 12 General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) multi-slot operation.
The RFVC975x family offers phase noise performance that meets or exceeds the requirements of 2G, 3G, and 4G (LTE and WiMAX) cellular base stations. Compared to the current generation of monolithic VCOs, the RFVC975x family of laminate VCOs provides improved phase noise and lower current consumption, lowering energy consumption and improving base station thermal management. The RFVC975x is also 75% smaller than today's signal source modules, while providing the same low phase noise performance, satisfying the trend toward smaller base station sizes for microcells and remote radio heads.
The RF5608 is a single-chip dual-band integrated front-end module (FEM) for high-performance WLAN applications in the 2.5GHz and 5GHz ISM bands. The RF5608 addresses the need for aggressive size reduction for a typical 802.11a/b/g RF front-end design and greatly reduces the number of components outside of the core chipset therefore minimizing the footprint and assembly cost of the overall 802.11a/b/g solution.
The RF5633 is a linear power amplifier IC designed specifically for WiMAX final or driver stage applications. The device is manufactured on an advanced InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) process and is provided in a leadless chip carrier with a backside ground. The RF5633 is designed to maintain linearity over a wide range of temperatures and power outputs. The external match offers tunability for output power over multiple bands. RF5633 features internal input and interstage match power down mode and single power detector.
