Abstract
Millimeter and terahertz wave technologies are fields that lie at the borderline between electronics and photonics. Both are expected to find widespread use in communications, measurements, medical care, biochemistry, and other fields. This article introduces research on the application of millimeter and terahertz waves at NTT Microsystem Integration Laboratories.
