These 50 W to 100 W high power switches provide a high power transmit/receive and failsafe switch for TDD-LTE, TD-SCDMA, basestation, repeater and military land mobile radio applications.

Three models are available with varying frequency ranges and power handling. All three switches feature low insertion loss, excellent linearity with low DC power consumption, and excellent linearity. Each high power switch is provided in a 4 x 4 mm, 16-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.
