This line of SP4T-SP8T switches operate in the 0.1 to 3.0 GHz frequency range. They’re ideal for applications involving Tablets, Data Cards, and Smartphones. The SP4T-SP6T line features 0.55 dB (typical) insertion loss @ 1 GHz, and 30 dB (typical) isolation. The SP7T-SP8T switches features 28 dB (typical) isolation, and 0.65 dB (typical) insertion loss @ 1 GHz. All six switches come in a small QFN 16L 4 x 4 x 1.5 mm package.
