SP4T Absorptive Switch with Decoder: SKY13384-350LF

This symmetrical, single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch operates in the 0.02 GHz to 4.0 GHz frequency range and features low insertion loss, 40 dB @ 2 GHz isolation (typical), absorptive isolated ports, and more. It’s ideal for GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA/TD-LTE cellular infrastructure applications.

This SP4T switch is manufactured through Skyworks’ state-of-the-art GaAs pHEMT process, and is provided in a compact Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) 3 x 3 mm package. Additional information can be found on the available datasheet.
