RFMW Introduces Ultra Linear SPDT From Peregrine Semiconductor

RFMW , Ltd. announces design and sales support for the PE42422 UltraCMOS SPDT RF switch from Peregrine Semiconductor. This broadband, 100-6000MHz switch offers typical insertion loss of 0.25dB @ 1000MHz with 44dB isolation. This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS control logic that requires no external components and supports a wide supply range of 2.3 to 5.5V. IIP2 of 115dBm highlights this switch’s performance. Housed in a 2x2mm QFN package, ESD tolerance is 4kV HBM on the RF pins.
