RFMW Introduces BAW Filters From TriQuint Semiconductor

TQS_885025_High-Res

RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint Semiconductor BAW filters including the 885025, a Band 2 uplink filter at 1880MHz. BAW filters offer improved power handling performance over traditional SAW filters. The TriQuint 885025 has a usable bandwidth of 60MHz and the RoHS compliant 3x3mm ceramic package can handle up to 1W (30dBm) of CW RF energy. The associated chart shows two additional TriQuint BAW filters, the 885024, Band 2 downlink filter and the 885009, Band 7 uplink filter. All three filters boast low insertion loss and high out-of-band attenuation. Single ended operation at 50 ohms requires no external matching.

These filters are targeted towards 3G/4G wireless infrastructure, repeaters and BTS transceivers. All are available from RFMW.
