RFMD Establishes Power Amplifier Products Line

N/Apany%> (RFMD; Greensboro, NC) is now offering the RFMD Power Amplifier Products line, which will focus primarily on commercial handset applications and markets worldwide. The line will use power amplifier solutions employing the RFMD GaAs HBT (heterojunction bipolar transistor) process. Evaluation of new process technologies for future applications will continue. The line features its own marketing, applications, and customer service support.

RFMD designs, develops, and markets proprietary radio frequency integrated circuits for wireless communications applications such as cellular and PCS, cordless telephony, wireless LANs, wireless local loop, industrial radios, wireless security, and remote meter reading.
