RF Power Amplifier for EMC Compliance Testing: 100W1000C

The 100W1000C is a broadband amplifier designed for EMC compliance testing for medical devices. When used with a sweep generator, this air-cooled, self-contained, solid state amplifier will provide a minimum of 100 watts of RF power and covers the 1-1000 MHz frequency range.

The 100W1000C amplifier allows the operator to set the amplifier’s desired output level through front panel RF gain control, while being powered by a high efficiency switching supply.

Specifications include:

  • Power output @ 3dB compression
    • Nominal: 123 Watts
    • Minimum: 100 Watts
  • Power output @ 1dB compression
    • Nominal: 95 Watts
    • Minimum: 75 Watts
  • Flatness
    • Typical: +1.5 dB
    • Maximum: +2.0 dB
  • Gain (at maximum setting): 50dB minimum
  • Gain adjustment (continuous range): 18 dB minimun
