Push-Pull High Linearity CATV MDU Amplifier: RFCA1008

This High Linearity MDU Amplifier is ideal for applications involving CATV line driver amplifiers, or CATV head end driver and predriver amplifiers. It features a 5V single supply, improved second order performance through push-pull configuration, and excellent multichannel distortion at +34dBmV per channel.

The RFCA1008 Push-Pull High Linearity CATV MDU Amplifier is designed with the InGaP process technology for excellent reliability. It operates in the 5-1000 MHz frequency range, has a 17 dB gain, and comes in a SOIC-8 package. The RFCA1008 contains two amplifiers for use in wideband push-pull CATV amplifiers requiring excellent second order performance; the second and third order non-linearities are greatly improved in the push-pull configuration.
