Optocouplers/Optoisolators

These optocouplers/optoisolators provide optical isolation in gamma, neutron, and proton radiation environments with high current transfer ratio and low saturation Vce. They are surface mount and come in a hermetic 8-pin leadless chip. Each channel includes an electrically isolated and optically coupled LED and NPN silicon phototransistor.

These optocouplers/optoisolators are radiation tolerant and feature 1500 Vdc electrical isolation. Their current transfer ratio is guaranteed over -55°C to +100°C ambient temperature range.
