InGaP HBT Power Amplifier: RFPA2089

This InGaP HBT Power Amplifier operates in the 50 MHz to 2700 MHz frequency range and has been specifically designed for wireless infrastructure applications. It can also be used as an IF amplifier, a driver amplifier for base station transceivers, and in 2G, 3G, and LTE transceiver applications.
