This high linearity amplifier driver operates in the 0.7 to 2.7 GHz frequency range and is ideal for LTE,CDMA, WCDMA, and TD-SCDMA cellular infrastructures, linear amplifier systems requiring high OIP3 with extremely low current, and 2.7 to 5.0 V WLAN driver power amplifiers and cellular repeater systems.
The SKY67130-396LF High Linearity Amplifier Driver features ultra-efficient linear performance, a low noise figure (2.6 dB @ 2.6 GHz and 22 mA), an adjustable supply current, power down capability, unconditional stability to 24 GHz, and much more. The VBIAS signal can be used to adjust the supply current independent of the supply voltage. This amplifier driver is manufactured in a compact, 2 x 2 mm, 8-pin Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN) package.
