The SKY67130-396LF High Linearity Amplifier Driver features ultra-efficient linear performance, a low noise figure (2.6 dB @ 2.6 GHz and 22 mA), an adjustable supply current, power down capability, unconditional stability to 24 GHz, and much more. The VBIAS signal can be used to adjust the supply current independent of the supply voltage. This amplifier driver is manufactured in a compact, 2 x 2 mm, 8-pin Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN) package.
