High Isolation SP4T Absorptive Switch w/ Decoder: SKY13392-359LF

This symmetrical, single-pole, four throw (SP4T) absorptive switch operates in the 0.02 to 4.0 GHz frequency range and is ideal for military communications, GSM/CDMA/WCDMA/LTE cellular infrastructure, and test and measurement systems.

The SKY13392-359LF SP4T Absorptive Switch features 1.0 dB@ 2 GHz insertion loss, 54 dB@ 2GHz typical isolation, 0/3 V to 0/5 V positive voltage control, and integrated logic that uses only two control lines for switch operation. Additionally, isolated ports are absorptive from 500 MHz to 4 GHz. This switch is manufactured using Skyworks’ state-of-the-art GaAs pHEMT process, and is provided in a compact Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) 4 x 4 mm package.
