This LNA operates in the 0.5 to 4.0 GHz frequency range and has been designed to provide excellent return loss, low noise, and high linearity performance in applications involving LTE, GSM, WCDMA, and HSDPA macro base stations, cellular repeaters, low noise receivers operating in the aforementioned frequency range, high temperature receivers to 105+oC, and more.
