Source: Skyworks Solutions, Inc.By changing the value of an RF choke in the SMT bias network, this high power switch can cover 0.02 to 0.70 GHz or 0.05 to 2.7 GHz frequency bands. Like the others in the product family, it provides a high power transmit/receive and failsafe switch for TDD-LTE, TD-SCDMA, basestation, repeater and military land mobile radio applications. This switch has 50 W CW and 200 W peak high power handling.
