GaAs SP4T Switch: SKY13322-375LF

The SKY13322-375LF is a 20 MHz-6.0 Ghz four-throw (SP4T) switch with a single-pole, and comes in a compact, 2 x 3 mm, 10-pin exposed pad plastic Micro Leadframe Package Dual (MLPD) package.
With a linearity performance of +30 dBm at 3.3 V, a low insertion loss of 0.45 dB at 1GHz, and a high isolation of 28 dB at 1 GHz, the GaAs switch is ideal for a variety of multiband telecommunications up to 6 GHz. The SKY13322-375LF is a Skyworks GreenTM product that RoHS compliant and is halogen free.
