This 1.4 MHz step-down converter has an input range of 2.7V to 5.5V and an output voltage as low as 0.6V. This converter is ideal for applications involving USB devices, cellular phones, digital cameras, PDAs and handheld computers, microprocessor/DSP/IO power, and handheld instruments. This DC/DC converter is designed to maintain high efficiency throughout its operating range, which is critical for portable applications.
