Salem, NH (PRWEB) - EJL Wireless Research is announcing a new report within its proprietary DNA-I series, an Alcatel-Lucent LTE 700MHz B13 80W (2x40W) TRDU unit.

“This is our first opportunity to look into the 2x2 MIMO design philosophy for Alcatel-Lucent’s in cabinet radio unit for its 9412/9711/9712/9941 LTE eNodeB products. The transmit receive duplexer unit (TRDU) contains two complete radio transceivers, two power amplifiers and two duplexer filters to support 2x2 MIMO functionality. We note that this version of the TRDU is designed and manufactured for Alcatel-Lucent by CommScope, Inc.,” said founder and President, Earl Lum.

“The LTE Band 13 unit supports the Upper C Block of spectrum (746-756MHz) within the 700MHz frequency band in North America. Band 13 spectrum supports mobile operators including AT&T Wireless and Verizon Wireless in the US. We continue to be excited in having the opportunity to showcase the latest generation remote radio units, RF transceiver modules, BTS antennas, femtocells and base stations from major wireless equipment OEMs as part of our DNA-I program,” says Lum.

EJL Wireless Research continues to lead the wireless market research segment with innovative and cutting edge research such as its DNA-I series of products.

The following semiconductor and passive component suppliers are included in this report: Analog Devices, Fairchild Semiconductor, Freescale Semiconductor, Micron Technology, Nippon Chemi-Con, NXP Semiconductors, STMicroelectronics, Texas Instruments, and Vishay Semiconductors.

The report is currently available for purchase, and information can be downloaded at http://www.ejlwireless.com.
