Dual Channel, Radiation Tolerant Phototransistor Optocoupler: OLS2249

This optocoupler provides optical isolation in radiation environments like gamma, neutron, and proton radiation with high current transfer ratio and low saturation Vce. Each channel in the optocoupler contains an optically coupled/electrically isolated NPN silicon phototransistor, and a light emitting diode.
IsoLink, a subsidiary of Skyworks Solutions, has developed the OLS2249 Dual Channel, Radiation Tolerant Phototransistor Optocoupler for hirel applications. The optocoupler features the following:
- Dual channels of OLS049/249
- Current transfer ratio guaranteed over -55°C to +100°C ambient temp. range
- 1500 Vdc electrical isolation
- Radiation tolerant
- Hi-Rel screening available
