50 MHz to 4000 MHz Digital Step Attenuators

These digital step attenuators operate in the 50 MHz to 4000 MHz frequency range and are ideal for applications involving test equipment, transceiver RF/IF, 2G, 3G, LTE, WiMax/WiFi, wireless data, and satellite terminals. They feature 1.2 dB insertion loss at 2 GHz, high linearity (IIP3 >48 dBm for all steps), 3V and 5V logic compatibility, a serial programming interface, and more.
