ANADIGICS Launches Family Of New Hybrid Line Amplifiers For CATV Infrastructure

ANADIGICS’ New Hybrid Line Amplifier Modules, Designed Specifically as Drop-In Replacements for SOT-115J Solutions, Offer Excellent Performance with Industry-Leading Reliability

Specifically developed as drop-in replacement solutions for system amplifiers, the Company’s new ACA27XX hybrid modules include passive components in a pin compatible SOT-115J package and are optimized to minimize or eliminate tuning requirements.

The new ACA27XX line amplifiers, available in push-pull and power doubler configurations, use the Company’s proven MESFET technology to provide high output power, excellent linearity, and industry-leading reliability for 1003 MHz and 874 MHz applications. ANADIGICS’ hybrid line amplifier module family is offered in a wide range of gains and output power levels, while using the industry standard SOT-115J package to provide greater design flexibility across systems.
