Active Bias, Low-Noise Second Stage Amplifiers: SKY6702X-396LF

SKY6702X-396LF GaAs, pHEMT low-noise, second stage amplifiers (LNAs) are designed to operate throughout the 0.6 to 3.0 GHz frequency range. These amplifiers feature an internal bias circuitry to provide stable performance over temperature and process variation. The GaAs pHEMT enhancement mode process provides good return loss, low noise, and high linearity performance.

The SKY6702X-396LF amplifiers offer the ability to externally adjust the supply current by applying it to the RFOUT/VDD pin through an RF choke conductor. Other features include an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +100°C, high gain, and excellent IIP3 performance. These LNAs are manufactured in compact, 2 x 2 mm, 8-pin Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN) packages and are halogen free. Ideal applications for SKY6702X-396LF amplifiers include those utilizing ultra-low-noise systems, GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, and TD-SCDMA cellular infrastructures, and other balanced, single-ended low-noise amplifier designs.

Second Stage Amplifiers Include:

  • SKY67021-396LF
