This Absorptive High Isolation SPDT Switch operates in the 50 MHz to 6000 MHz frequency range and features high isolation (70 dB at 2 GHz), terminated ports, high IIP3 (58dBm at 5V), and 3V and 5V compatibility.

The RFSW6124 is an SPDT Switch ideal for applications involving test equipment, wireless backhaul, high performance communications systems, cellular, 3G, LTE infrastructure, and other high performance communications systems. The design of this switch is non-reflective, such that RF ports 1 and 2 are terminated in the off state.
