These surface mount limiter diodes are ideal for applications involving receiver protection in military, commercial, and infrastructure market segments. They deliver low loss, low series inductance, and low capacitance. Additionally, this series is designed as shunt connected PIN diodes for high power limiter functions ranging from 10 MHz to over 6 GHz. These limiter diodes can handle high power and low thermal resistance (40°C/W).
