Skyworks is pleased to introduce two new miniature 0402 Schottky diodes for handset, WLAN, CATV Satcom, land mobile radio, infrastructure and detector applications. These small form factor, low profile discrete solutions are available in plastic Surface Mount Technology packages and are ideal for general purpose detector, sampling and mixer circuits. The low capacitance of these general market diodes enables excellent high-frequency performance, while allowing for very good detector sensitivity.

SMS3922-040LF 0402 Surface Mount Low Barrier Schottky Diode

The SMS3922-040LF is a plastic packaged, surface mountable low barrier Schottky diode designed for sensitive detector applications up to 10 GHz. The low capacitance of this diode (0.85 pF) combined with its low total resistance (9 O typical at 5 mA) make the SMS3922-040LF particularly well suited for sensitive detector circuits.

SMS3923-040LF 0402 Surface Mount Medium Barrier Schottky Diode

The SMS3923-040LF is a plastic packaged, surface mountable medium barrier Schottky diode designed for sensitive detector applications up to 10 GHz. The low capacitance of this diode (1 pF) combined with its low total resistance (10 O typical at 5 mA) make the SMS3923-040LF particularly well suited for sensitive detector circuits and medium-drive mixer circuits.
