Hyperabrupt Varactor Diodes For VCO, Phase Noise And Voltage Tuned Filter Applications: 0402 Series

There are three different models of hyperabrupt varactor diodes in Skyworks' 0402 series with varying features. Additional details can be found below. All three varacator diodes can be used in energy management, wireless infrastructure, WLAN, CATV, and military applications where low resistance, low-series inductance, and large capacitance ratio are required.

SMV1213-040LF Hyperabrupt Varactor Diodes
This model of hyperabrupt varacator diodes is ideal for applications involving wide range voltage-tuned phase shifters and filters, and wide bandwidth VCOs. They feature 1.4 O typical resistance, high capacitance ratio at low reverse voltage (CT1/CT2.5 = 2.0 nominal), and more.

SMV1235-040LF Hyperabrupt Varactor Diodes
This model is also ideal for wide range voltage-tuned phase shifters and filters, and wide bandwidth VCO applications. It features 0.6 O typical resistance, high capacitance ratio at low reverse voltage (CT1/CT3 = 1.8 typical), and more.

SMV1236-040LF Hyperabrupt Varactor Diodes
