Skyworks is pleased to offer a new family of SMT packaged Schottky diodes ideal for a wide range of high-volume and cost-sensitive mixer and detector applications. These include CATV/DBS set-top boxes, mobile handsets, microwave radios, RFID tags, wireless infrastructure, embedded WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n modules, automotive radar and Doppler radar sensors. These ultra miniature diodes are well suited for RF, microwave and millimeter wave signal detection up to 100 GHz versus the traditional plastic packaging which is typically specified only up to 10 GHz.
