The next generation ATN3590 series offers enhanced RF power handling and attenuation flexibility. The unique ATN3590 die design eliminates the need for RF ground bonds enabling greatly improved return loss and attenuation flatness across multi-octave bandwidths.
Innovative ultra wideband fixed attenuator pads in die format:
- Extremely flat attenuation and excellent return loss over DC–40 GHz
- Unique split ground configuration enables exceptional MMW performance
- Small 0.700 x 0.725 x 0.100 mm die handles 2 W of CW RF input power
- New through-die via technology requires no additional ground connections
- 15 relative attenuation values available: 0–10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 dB
- Individual chip samples and full multi-chip Designer Kit available
