Product Overview: GaAs Schottky Flip Chip Diodes

Skyworks broad product portfolio includes Schottky diodes as flip chips, in addition to packaged and bondable silicon chips, chip on board, beam-lead, and plastic surface mount packaged devices for mixer or detector applications.

Skyworks series of GaAs flip chip Schottky diodes, DMK2790-000 single junction and DMK2308-000 antiparallel pair, offer all the high frequency performance advantages of beam lead diodes with the mechanical robustness, ease of handling and ease of assembly of flip chip devices. The DMK2790-000 single junction diode may be used in detector or in mixer circuits. The DMK2308-000 antiparallel pair is specifically well suited for use in subharmonic mixers. Both of these products have Schottky junctions with extremely low junction capacitance, 70 fF per junction, and low series resistance.
