1-2.5 GHz Microwave Amplifiers

This line of solid state amplifiers operates in the 1-2.5 GHz frequency range and is designed to provide an alternative to TWTAs. Three models are available at 100 watts, 250 watts, and 500 watts output power. These amplifiers are ideal for research, multi-tone testing, radar, EMC/EMI, wireless, and communication applications.
All three models have been designed for applications where instantaneous bandwidth, high gain, and high linearity are required. Each solid state amplifier is designed for benchtop use, but can also be removed from the cabinet for immediate equipment rack mounting.
