The SKY13354-368LF is a pHEMT GaAs dual Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) that operates in the 0.1-3.0 GHz frequency range. It's ideal for cellular infrastructure and band switching applications. Two voltage control inputs control the switching. This SPDT switch features high isolation, low insertion loss, high P0.2dB, an ultra-miniature QFN (12-pin, 2 x 2 mm) package (MSL1, 260 °C per JEDEC J-STD-020), and more.
